Challenge yourself by limiting the size of your world to 1024x1024 blocks, matching the legacy console edition small world size
Once loaded, the world border will not change size unless you call the /worldborder command. The world border resets to 1024x1024 each time you reload the world.
If you wish to remove this data pack, remove it from your datapacks/mods folder and then call
/worldborder set 60000000
