The backport update!

• Backported 26.3 cushions (named Small Cushion)
  • Work as expected. They are entities made from wool slabs* that come in all colors and can be sat on.
  • They don't have collission and can't be moved (except by pistons), and will rest on the bounding box of whatever block they are clicked on and stay there unless support is removed.
  • Original cushions have been renamed to Large Cushions and remain the same otherwise (both combine great on top of one another)
• Backported 26.3 wool slabs and stairs in all colors
• Seed Oil is now a proper liquid. As such it can be placed in world from buckets or stored in other mod's tanks
• Fixed flax crops dropping fiber regardless of age, instead of when flourished
• Fixed empty baskets dropping in creative (filled ones still do)
• Added field to config drops for flax (min and max stalks, and chance for each type of blossom)
