Leather Overhaul
Leather armor can be repaired/reinforced with armor kits, adds craftable/dyeable bundles, and allows for recycling of leather items.

- Fixed an issue where modded potion effects were being automatically applied to leather armor/armor kits
- Fixed an issue where armor kits would regain full durability when combined with potions
- Added separate textures for reinforced leather armor to reduce conflicts with resource packs
