This update fixes the broken Minecraft 1.21.11 port.

Changes:

Fixed mod loading in integrated/singleplayer worlds.
Fixed /leaderboard command registration on 1.21.11.
Fixed first-run config generation.
Fixed hologram text rendering so text displays correctly instead of raw JSON text.
Updated compatibility handling for 1.21.11 permission and entity data APIs.

If you are updating from an older broken 1.21.11 build, replace the old jar with this file. If an old hologram still looks wrong after updating, recreate it or reload it.
