Lava Boats 1.2.2 - resource metadata fix.
Adds the pack.mcmeta descriptor that was missing from the jars. On Forge and NeoForge the loader logged a 'Missing metadata in pack' warning and could fail to load the crimson/warped boat item models; with pack.mcmeta present the resources register correctly. No gameplay changes.
Client + server mod.
