1. Added the ltc2:cannot_purify mob effect tag. Negative effects with this tag can no longer be purified by Cleanse Latiao.
2. Added Classical Chinese translation.
3. Added a new Extra Spice Event: Snowman
4. Fixed an issue where Cleanse Latiao of all grades could not be placed in Item Frames.
5. Fixed an issue where the mortar would not break upon reaching zero durability.
6. Optimized Latiao information display: holding Shift while hovering over a Latiao now shows more detailed information.
