Major Feature: Lava Fishing System

• Added Netherite Fishing Rod.

• Implemented custom lava fishing logic with three contextual loot tiers:

  • Overworld lava (junk-tier thematic loot).
  • Non-treasure lava fishing (restricted pools).
  • Nether natural lava ocean treasure tier.

• Custom loot pools include:

  • Nether building materials.
  • Fire-related resources.
  • Enchanted books (fire and combat themed).
  • Netherite-related progression items.

New Items

• Pompeii Worm
• Blind Shrimp
  • Both obtainable exclusively through lava fishing.
  • Provide new potion-based mechanics.

New Potion Effects

• Lava Vision
• Lava Mobility

Extended potion progression and consumable integration are still being evaluated for balance.

New Enchantment

• Volcanic Walker
  • Lava equivalent to Frost Walker.
  • Intended to be obtainable exclusively through lava fishing progression.
  • Validation of enchantment exclusivity is still part of ongoing testing.

Integration & Technical Notes

• Custom fishing loot tables implemented.
• Ongoing validation required for:
  • Edge case behavior.
  • Enchantment availability control.
  • JEI integration (custom potions and new crafting recipes).
  • Survival progression flow.

Beta Notes

This version is considered feature-complete but not fully polished.

Remaining tasks include:

• Extreme scenario testing.
• Rebalancing loot table weights.
• Refining lava movement mechanics.
• Long-term survival progression validation.
• Visual update (new animated logo planned).

This beta is being released to gather real-world survival feedback while final tuning is in progress.
