+Cleaned up some text and added a few tooltips to powers that needed them

Fairy:

+Raised the armor cap on flying to 12 from 10

+Slightly decreased the exhaustion while flying and disabled the extra exhuastion while elytra flying

Vampire:

+Using shadow dash now gives you fire immunity while invisible
