Code Changes

• Reworked the config GUI into a responsive panel layout with stable positioning across GUI scales and fullscreen.
• Added a custom top navigation bar with tab states (idle/hover/active) and animated tab transitions.
• Unified all interactive controls (Whitelist ON/OFF, +, -, Use/Unset, Edit, Delete) under the same visual system.
• Improved OFF-state UX: the whitelist toggle is centered and the content area switches to a locked-state hint panel.
• Normalized player-facing text to English, including the OFF-state hint message.
• Removed vanilla blur/dimming behavior for this custom screen to keep in-game background clarity.
• Fixed Report Issues panel image rendering and button alignment.
• Kept whitelist logic, preset logic, and mixin behavior consistent with previous functionality.

Migration Notes

• Manifest dependency declaration was migrated from exact Minecraft target to range-based compatibility (>=1.21 <=1.21.1).
