KoHs Inventory Tweaks

Minecraft 1.21.11 port

• Added the maintained Fabric implementation for Minecraft 1.21.11.
• Fixed the player model in the real scaled inventory: render bounds, entity size, position, and mouse-follow coordinates now use the same centered transform as the inventory surface and slots.

Inventory animation fixes

• Stabilized ON/OFF controls by removing switch-only entrance scaling, hover lift, and glow pulsing while preserving enabled/disabled colors and markers.
• The Remove All Inventory Animations confirmation no longer restarts the underlying Inventory Tweaks panel animation.
• Extended animation removal to suppress enchanted-item foil only while inventory slots are rendered. HUD hotbar, held items, entities, and the world remain Vanilla.

Scope and compatibility

• Client-side only; inventory transactions, packets, clicks, keys, and transfer speed are unchanged.
• Built for Minecraft 1.21.11, Fabric Loader 0.19.3+, Fabric API 0.141.6+1.21.11, and Java 21+.
• Fabric API is required. Mod Menu is optional.
