Glow editor and visual effects update.

• Glow power and glow reflections now range from 0% to 300%; 100% preserves the previous intensity.
• Added a color-adaptive crystalline core, bright center and fine rays for custom glow colors.
• Crystal light now fades smoothly for 1.2 seconds after an explosion or removal.
• Visual rendering remains separate from crystal interaction optimizers and does not change input, camera, cooldowns or packets.
• External interaction optimizers are detected and the Crystal Tweaks interaction core yields without disabling visual customization.
