It was doing the same thing the whole time. Now it isn't.

Fixed

• The Fragment's stalk animation now actually plays during the strike phase. It was stuck on its build-phase twitch for the entire spike.
• Fixed a sync issue where a client could disagree with the server about when the strike begins if the server used non-default phase lengths.

• Safe update from 1.1.0. No config or gameplay changes.
