Keeg's Weapon Mod

General

• Fixed villagers sometimes selling two enchantment books per level
• Fixed Expert enchant still being able to be applied to other armor types than chestplate
• Decreased Reapers Scythe cooldown when in Creative Mode

Weapon Forge

• Added Weapon Forges (Creative Only), which can be powered with to open up a 7x7 crafting GUI, one for each weapon type
• Added new recipe type for Weapon Forge
• Added Weapon Forge recipes for Reapers Scythe and Grand Assassins Dagger
• Made recipes be blocked server wide after crafting them
• Added commands to list and reset recipe blocking
