Kaze's Kit Setup

Reworked the entire system, instead of using 30+ blocks and multiple seconds, now the kit loading process only takes a few ticks and only uses 2 blocks!

Detail: All the redstone processes that require delay are reworked to use commands only. Speeding up the whole system and shrinking the space it takes.
