Skillsystem / Ver: 3.3

Added:

• Tooltips in Skilltree directory
• Mining, Woodcutting and Trading points
  • Gaining Skillpoints via mining ores and woodcutting
  • Same principle as Killpoints
  • Building blocks like oak logs or ores will lead to minus points per block, so exploiting it should be harder
  • Minus points will decrease 1 per real hour or by mining that block again till is positive again (these stats can't be viewed)
  • Corresponding advancements
• Option to customize the max number of skillsaves
• Speed (Attribute) skill - Utility skill
• Parched gain mob kill points now

Changed:

• Updated the tutorial to match the new skillbook UI and its functionality
• Stats screen
• Skill "No Hunger" -> "No Hunger Effect"
• Option menu
• Tutorial text edit

Fixed:

• Command spam for Admins when a player using the skillsystem. Commandfeedback will be turned off for 10 sec after the last input before getting turn back on.
• Jump Boost couldn't be skilled to level 3
• Turning Skillpoints into EXP again, while having more than 20 total Skillpoints, will only give 1900xp back instead of 2000

Performance:

• Less function run per tick
