Patch 1.3.1 / 14.01.25

Fixed:

• lvl 1, 2 and 3 not effected by range upgrades and remain on their default range.
• lvl 4 Beacons with a secondary effect will only give the secondary effect in the default range and is not effected by range upgrades. ( reported by: Grisli )
• lvl 3 Beacon doesn't show a billboard.

Added/Changed:

• Added a new option: Effect invincibility
  • Regeneration and Resistance effects only go to effect strength 4 to avoid invincibility. ( requested by: Grisli )
  • Default = false (**false **= no invincibility, **true **= effects can make player invincible )
