Kamen Rider Craft SoundEvents

First version, pretty much proof of concept:

• Gives Henchman a Sound Event of their own and subtitles for it, so they no longer appear as Pillagers and Blazes in the subtitles, but they still sound the same.
• A resourcepack can add unique sounds for them now
