Fixes in 1.2.4:
- Fixed aptitude/skill/passive data visually resetting after player death and respawn on Fabric and NeoForge.
- Fixed Break Speed passive on Minecraft 1.21.1 by using the vanilla block break speed attribute path.
- Fixed Obsidian Smasher on Fabric and NeoForge.
- Fixed the default Break Speed passive level requirement typo.
- Rebuilt both Fabric and NeoForge releases for Minecraft 1.21.1.
