Adds katanas that are faster than swords with a small extra expense!

Dragon Katana base damage increase from 5 -> 7

Blazing Katana base damage increase from 7 -> 9

Starlight Katana base damage increase from 6 -> 8

Starlight Katana D.O.T decrease from 6 Damage / 6 Ticks -> 5 Damage / 5 Ticks

Hurricane Katana base damage increase from 7 -> 9
These changes were made to improve preformance, (so the weapons aren't underwhelming) while keeping them balanced. This is subject to change.
