2.3.0 - Quality Of Life Update

Chromium Dimension Changes:

-The Chrome Dimension has been completely restructured into an End-type generation. 

-Added Small,glowing lakes composed entirely of pure Chrome Liquid will now generate across the all chromium biomes.

Improvement&Fixes:

-Added animated textures for both the chromium dimension portal frame and the chrome liquid.

-Fixed structure generation bugs; some structures now properly blend and conform to the terrain surface.

-Chromized zombie and Chromium Bug will now correctly spawn across their respective biomes.
