Jukebox Particles

Add music particles to jukeboxes similar to Bedrock. Due to a limitation in the Java edition of Minecraft, the particles will continue to appear even after the actual sound file finishes playing, similar to how parrots will continue to dance.

Since Mojang has added this functionality to jukeboxes in 1.19.4, I will no longer be updating this mod to newer versions
