JOJO - stone block crusaders

a new beta version because i overhalled a lot of things so there will be some bugs. changed up time stop effects a bit more. added way more sounds for other stands. completly overhalled stands now more close range stands have a block shift and now barrage is used by pressing q it has a cooldown inbetween uses. now you can not adjust a stands slot you can not drop your stand it is bound to you completly stuck on the 9th hotbar slot. bug fixes.
