• 所有配方选项均已添加权限键，现在可为每个配方单独设置权限
  Permission keys have been added to all recipe options, allowing individual permission settings for each recipe

  Specific permissions have been added for all interactions, please check the permissions page on the Wiki for details

• 砧板配方新增独立 Damage 选项: 若配方中包含该选项，将不再使用 Config 中的 Damage 设置
  Added standalone Damage option to anvil recipes: when included in a recipe, it will override the Damage setting in Config

• 重构砧板配方配置体系: 取消 OutputAmount 选项，改为与研磨机一致的列表式配方结构，请查看 Wiki 最新示例
  Refactored anvil recipe configuration: removed OutputAmount option and adopted list-based recipe format consistent with the grinder, please see the latest examples on the Wiki
