Added the Claved Retort! It can extract and inject item effects into people.
If I develop this further I'll probably add some tooltips and particles to it. Quite basic at this point. You NEED a glass bottle to use it (and, depending on the configs, a water bucket).
Also added conservation of matter to the Merger. The Retort doesn't have that right now.
