This version requires at least version 3.0.0 of Noxesium when using Minecraft version 1.21.11

• General
  • Extends support to Minecraft version 1.21
  • Removes MCCI functionality (Compact Fishing and Island Game Start Notify) from versions 1.21 - 1.21.3 (as MCCI doesn't support any versions supported by that version of Jamboree)
  • Increases minimum version of Noxesium to 3.0.0 on Minecraft version 1.21.11 (thank you, @pe3ep!)
