Jake's Hub & Econ Mod

Fixes:

• The /color command variants are now accessible to all players since non-opped players can also make use of the formatting codes in main chat
• When teleporting to the Hub, the player's Yaw and Pitch were both set to 0
  • (you may also have to redo the /worldmanage hubss command to set the yaw and pitch properly for your current location)
• There is now a gamerule to give all players all recipe unlocks when they join/rejoin at any time (useful for when players want to craft something using the recipe book and JEI or some other inventory mod breaks for whatever reason): multiplayerRecipeUnlock
