FIXED:

• Coordinates for /shop now set to 0 0 0 instead of the player's relative position to hopefully prevent chests being overwritten (again)
• When using the /pay command, the receiving player wasn't notified they were paid, only the paying player was notified they were paying

ADDED:

• Gamerule broadcastCrateMessages to make it so only players who are opening the chests can see what they get instead of chat flooding everyones' messages (thanks for the input and suggestion, Cici!) - default setting is false
