FIXED:

• Empty/"null" items in Starter Kit were showing up as "[Air] x0" when previewed
• "set" couldn't be used over "s" to set items with "/kitstart s" (but "/kitstart save", "/kitstart store", and "/kitstart slot" were all still viable -- and still are)
• Empty Hub Blocks made by the 4 dimensions weren't overwriteable and caused placement problems for anyone building around and/or underneath them

IMPROVED:

• Players are now disallowed from using Spawn Eggs in any of the 4 dimensions provided by this mod unless they are opped AND in Creative Mode; this allows data packs or mods that involve Spawn Eggs to be used without players being able to grief any of these 4 dimensions by, say, deliberately spawning in Creepers and having them explode
