Jake's Hub & Econ Mod

Fixes:

• Server logs for when players teleport to a home location they have saved were displaying improperly and not showing information about the home or dimension that player was teleporting to.
• Another gamerule just like with broadcasting crate messages for when players open crates is now also added for when players redeem tickets for currency, which is also false by default.
