obelisk now kicks instead of closing window when it kills

obelisk no longer sets the difficulty to hard when chasing, unless in peaceful

fixed cooldown stuff in multiplayer (if players are extremely spread apart)

moved the entrance to the grasslands to be in the hallway dimension (if generated, an entrance will still be in the null dimension, and if chunks generated in the halls it'll take time to find) also has the same rarity as the exit

fixed hallway noteblock button not playing
