✨ Added

• Added a new listing screen for browsing items with existing custom recipes.
• Added a completely redesigned Recipe Editor, providing an easier editing experience, improved visual references, and a consistent design with the rest of the mod.

🔄 Changed

• Modernized and restructured all GUIs across the mod for a cleaner and more consistent experience.
• Improved item restriction logic. BANNED and RESTRICTED items can no longer use dimension-specific restrictions, as this option is now exclusive to ILLEGAL items.
• Custom recipe changes are no longer applied at runtime. Recipes are now added or removed during server startup to prevent runtime issues, meaning a server restart is required after making recipe changes.

🎨 Improved

• Applied a general visual revamp across the entire mod.
