back port! Fixed a issue related repairing while using, fixed. Added a feature to be able to repair from inventory so trinkets is not needed if you don't want it. Added a feature to be able to repair items in chest inventories that are near the player. Added config options to adapt to these added features. Added a reload command to load the config after changes are made.
