Fixed: locked items could still leave their slot

Two ways a locked item escaped, both found in real PvP:

• Double-clicking a matching stack. Minecraft's "gather all" swept items out of locked slots. The click lands on a different slot, so the lock never saw it - restocking mid-fight would quietly drain a locked stack.
• The swap-offhand key (default F). This never went through the inventory system at all, so a locked item moved to your offhand unimpeded.

Both are blocked now.

Also

• The Forge and NeoForge builds were reporting version 1.7.3 instead of the real one.
• Each file now declares only the Minecraft versions it was actually built and tested against.
• The mixins that block item movement now refuse to load silently if they cannot attach, so the mod can never look active while leaving a slot unprotected.
