Initial update to 26.1 at last

Notable changes:

• For all loaders on 26.1: You now need to open a world before being able to preview items in the settings screen due to internal changes made by the game.
• For NeoForge: 26.1 now has most of the animation settings looking correctly with the exception of Scale for some reason. 1.21.11 however remains the same.
