Changes

• Fixed the Trigger GUI list limit issue where too many trigger conditions could no longer be scrolled/configured; the trigger logic button and condition list now share a safer viewport layout.
• Changed the manager filter from a cycling button to a dropdown menu. Outside clicks close the menu without activating rows underneath.
• Changed multi-condition rule previews to rotate through concrete condition summaries instead of showing unclear count text such as “Any met: 3 conditions”.
• Added JEI shortcuts to full reminder popups and side reminders. A single reminder can now expose JEI, Create Ponder, and Ponderer actions in parallel with J/O/P.
• Fixed JEI 15.x runtime integration by adding a plugin that receives IJeiRuntime, with diagnostic logging kept for runtime, target, and open failures.
• Removed the inconsistent bright pixel from locked handbook icons and kept integration buttons aligned with unlock/link availability.
• Completed and repaired Simplified Chinese localization; new visible text no longer depends on hardcoded strings.
