This release changes the config.conf. Please let the plugin regenerate its config, then reapply your changes.

Changes:

• Switched to virtual threads - you no longer need to specify thread count.
• Address and port are now separate config fields.
• Fixed ping cache expiry. Now ping expires after the ping is actually resolved instead of when the request comes in.
• Fixed gracefully shutting down the new threads that this plugin spins up.
