Features

• Per-world config overrides: drop a copy of the global config into a world's serverconfig/ folder to override settings for that world only. Missing keys fall back to global.
• /isstweaks copyconfig: op-only command that copies the global config into the current world's serverconfig/ folder. Won't overwrite an existing per-world file.
• spellPowerMultiplier: new option in the [spells] section. Range 0.0 to 10.0, default 1.0. Scales the SPELL_POWER attribute on every player. Spell damage tooltips show the scaled value.
• buffDurationMultiplier: in [spells]. Range 0.0 to 10.0, default 1.0. Scales buff and debuff durations from Iron's Spellbooks and its addons. Vanilla potions, food effects, and beacon effects are not touched. The active effect countdown in inventory shows the actual time, the spell tooltip shows the unmodified base.
• buffDurationNamespaces: in [spells]. Lists which mods get their effects scaled. Defaults cover Iron's Spellbooks plus Cataclysm Spellbooks, dacxirons, GameTechBC's Spellbooks, GTBC's Geomancy Plus, Hazen 'n Stuff, Illage and Spell-age, and Traveloptics. Effects from unlisted non-vanilla namespaces get logged once per session for visibility.

Migration

The config moved from saves//serverconfig/ (per-world) to the global config/ folder. If you customized settings in v1.4.x, copy your existing file over to config/ before launching, or the world will load with defaults.
