Adds the ability to walk around while in inventories.

- Added REI compatibility (fixes gh-1)
- Fixed gh-5 (Sprinting stops when sprint key is released)
- You now continue sprinting after releasing the sprint key
- You can now double tap forward to sprint
- It works the same as normal sprinting now
- Fixed gh-6 (1.16 version uses default mixin file name)
- Starting in this version, the mod no longer bundles Cloth Config, it must be installed separately now.
- Bundled versions tend to bulk up modpacks by a noticeable amount. Notice these releases are only a fraction the file size as previous ones.
