1.1.2: Phobos and Deimos Bug Fixes

Sorry! I had originally planned to do Phobos and Deimos here, but after some internal discussions, I have decided to not do that. Instead we have some bug fixes.

Changes

• Edited generation of Martian biomes due to the Oxidized Dunes not generating (IG-00001)
• Various changes to blocks involving tools
• Some technical stuff about author name, description, and mod image in-game
• Added Methane, which replaces Ice on Luna and the strange air rivers on mars

Sorry for the letdown about Phobos and Deimos for those who were looking forward to it. Maybe I'll return to this and add them another time.
