WHAT IS INTEGRATED SIMPLY SWORDS?

Integrated Simply Swords is a Simply Swords addon that aims to fill in the gaps with missing Swords when mods that add other weapon materials are installed. Additionally, themed Unique Weapons are planned for some specific mods/biomes/concepts.

It's mainly made for the Integrated MC modpack, and mods in there are more likely to be given compat priority, but you are welcome to use this in your own pack!

Suggestions for mod compat are also welcome!

DISCLAIMER: Integrated MC

Integrated Simply Swords' main function is to add modded Simply Swords compat for mods in the Integrated Minecraft modpack. This means mods in Integrated Minecraft will be prioritised for integration over those which are not in the modpack.

Additionally, changes may be made in Integrated Simply Swords that do not reflect the base mod. For example, textures may be based off resourcepacks rather than a mod's original textures.

Integration Criteria

A toolset will be considered for integration only if it meets all these criteria:

Has a Sword, Axe, Pickaxe, Shovel, Hoe, etc - if the mod author doesn't consider a tool to require these then it's probably not a good idea to add Simply Swords for it. Same Minecraft Version as Integrated Simply Swords - we aren't going to port this modv to other versions just to add compat for more mods.

Has quality textures - I don't want to work with bad palettes to make new textures, however if the mod has a good resourcepack it might be more likely to be considered. Popular mod - otherwise it's not worth the time spent to add compat compared to adding compat for a more popular mod.

Notes on textures:

Ice and Fire compat textures are based on Ice & Fire Dragonsteel Weaponry and Frostbite & Brimstone textures

Silver compat textures are based on Caverns & Chasms textures

All other textures are based on the original assets from mod they support.
