Removed

Removed live GameRule sync on config save. Changing config values now only defines default settings for new worlds, allowing each world to maintain independent GameRule settings.
Appended §6Notice:§r warning notice to all gamerule descriptions to warn players about the config-only behavior when altering settings in ModMenu config screen.
