Ingot to Block

Changes ingame crafting recipes.

Where you normally use ingot version of material now you must to use block version.

For example iron chestplate now is craftable from 8 iron blocks instead of 8 iron ingost.

Same works for any other type of metalic tools, weapons, armor.
