Individual KeepInventory
Allows KeepInventory to be enabled just for specific players, rather than only everyone at once. Compatible with mods such as Curios, Gravestones, Accessories, and The Aether.

Added a command to allow any user to toggle IndividualKeepInventory for themselves, regardless of permission level (togglekeepinventory)

Added a config option to enable/disable the above command

Added a config option to automatically enable IndividualKeepInventory for a list of usernames (can be overriden with above command)

Fixed system messages sent by the mod being broken unless the mod was also installed on the client (kinda defeats the point of it being server-only)
