New items

• Added " Demolitionist Visor. Crafting this visor and wearing it will allow you to throw bombs faster.
• Added a new redstone chip item, this is made using 4 gold, 4 redstone and a redstone block.
• This is currently used in the Visor recipe and in the future will be used for future explosives and items in a nearby content update. Bugfixes
• Fixed a bug where charging a bomb and then swapping to a different item would store a charge and allow you to instantly throw the bomb
