- ALL burning arrows now set fire to terrain (including those shot by mobs)
- Dangerous fire can now be put out with any non-wooden shovel
- Mob Spawners can be configured to ignore light level (disabled by default)
- Crouching/Sneaking can be configured to NOT stop the player falling off block edges (disabled by default)
