Improved Multishot enhances the vanilla Multishot enchantment, providing additional levels and improved arrow mechanics for crossbows. This mod increases the number of arrows fired at higher levels and ensures all arrows reliably hit their intended target. It is fully configurable and compatible with standard Minecraft gameplay.
Multishot can now reach Level 2 and Level 3.
Level 1 maintains the vanilla behavior.
Level 2 fires 4 arrows, and Level 3 fires 5 arrows.
Addresses the vanilla issue where multiple arrows may not all hit the same target.
All arrows from a multishot attack strike a single entity without being affected by invulnerability frames.
The extra Multishot levels can be enabled or disabled through the configuration file.
By default, the extended levels are enabled.
Potential Mod Conflicts:
Mods that completely replace or override crossbow or projectile logic may interfere with Improved Multishot’s behavior. If you find a mod that does not work correctly with Improved Multishot, please leave a comment and let me know.
Apply the Multishot enchantment to a crossbow using an anvil, enchanted books, or the /enchant command.
Higher Multishot levels automatically adjust the number of arrows fired and their spread pattern.
Adjust the configuration file if you prefer to disable extended levels for gameplay balance.
