✨ Major Improvements: Added Happy Ghast summoning from any distance/dimension (#2) and switched from sugar to a cookie for increasing its speed (#2).

Details:

Summoning Happy Ghast: You can now use any goat horn and bind that to a Happy Ghast. When using it, the Happy Ghast will teleport to your position. It works with any distance between the player and the Happy Ghast, even between dimensions. Suggested in #2.
Increasing Speed: Switched from sugar to cookie to increase the difficulty of acquiring. Suggested in #2.
