Immersive Minimaps
A minimalist, client-side minimap that integrates Hoofprint into the player's UI, allowing it to only be visible as long as the player has a map.

- Right-clicking a block with an item in the minimap list now places a landmark. Clicking the block again now removes the landmark.
- Right-clicking the air with an item in the minimap list now opens the Hoofprint world map.
