- refactored a LOT of the code
- mossy, cracked, chiseled blocks dont use tags anymore but are automatically converted
- automatic item disabling, no recipes, no drops
- dynamic minecart and boat interactions, no more hardcoding
- fixes and enhancements to previous minecart and boat behavior
