Removed Vanadinite Grit + Powder, dead end recipe with no plans to use the item types.
Adjusted default configuration for Apatite to spawn in the Overworld, previously it would try to spawn in the nether, but without a valid stone type, this would prevent Apatite from spawnning entirely.
